Induction required before entering or commencing work.
This is a site-specific induction record. It does not replace a valid White Card, required licences, SWMS, task training, supervision or site-specific controls.

Please read and acknowledge the following:

  • Follow directions from the site supervisor and site signage.
  • Wear required PPE and task-specific PPE.
  • Do not enter exclusion or barricaded zones without authorisation.
  • Keep access ways, stairs and emergency routes clear.
  • Use compliant equipment, guards, electrical leads and RCD protection.
  • Do not alter scaffold, edge protection or temporary supports without approval.
  • Control dust, silica, noise and hazardous substances using required controls.
  • High-risk construction work must not start without a suitable SWMS being understood and followed.
  • Immediately report hazards, near misses, injuries and incidents.
  • No alcohol or illegal drugs; do not work while impaired.
  • In an emergency, stop work, call 000 where required and proceed to the nominated assembly point.
